From a Passion for Nutrition, to Chocolate Without Compromise
The idea for Rethink Chocolate began in 2017, when I developed a deep interest in nutrition and began considering it as a career path. As I searched for a super dark chocolate that aligned with my standards and still tasted good, I kept coming up empty-handed. So I decided to make it myself. What started with a few online recipes slowly evolved through careful experimentation into a smooth, rich, and pure unsweetened dark chocolate that my friends and family loved.
From 2019 to 2020, I returned to school to study Holistic Nutrition and became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. My heart is to help others live a life centered on faith, family, friends, and truly nourishing, real food.
I’m proud to say that each batch of Rethink Chocolate is made with Certified Organic ingredients whenever possible and contains no sugar or alternative sweeteners.

This video captures the very first batch of Rethink Chocolate made by hand at a local commercial kitchen after I couldn’t find a dark chocolate that aligned with my standards. There was one goal: create truly indulgent dark chocolate made with real ingredients and no sugar or sweeteners.
What started as a simple experiment became the foundation of everything you see here today.
